Who we are
Tampa Stairlift Pros is a stairlift company based in Tampa, Florida. We sell, install, repair, and rent stairlifts for homes across Tampa Bay. That is all we do — we are stairlift specialists, not a general contractor that dabbles in lifts on the side.
We started this company for a simple reason: too many people leave homes they love because of stairs. A stairlift is a straightforward answer to that problem, but buying one can feel confusing — pushy salespeople, unclear pricing, companies that vanish after installation. We built the company we wished existed: show up on time, explain everything plainly, put the price in writing, and still answer the phone a year later.
How we work
First, we listen. Every job starts with a free in-home assessment where we measure your staircase and hear what you actually need — not what a brochure says you need. Then we give you a written estimate with the full price, no surprises hiding in the fine print.
Second, we install carefully. Our installers do stairlifts every day. They protect your floors, keep the work area clean, test everything with you watching, and do not leave until you are comfortable operating the lift yourself.
Third, we stay available. If your lift ever beeps, hesitates, or just does not feel right, you call us and we come look at it. Repairs, maintenance, battery replacements — we handle all of it, because a stairlift you cannot rely on is not doing its job.
What we believe
A stairlift is about independence, and independence deserves respect. We will never pressure you, never talk down to you, and never sell you more lift than your staircase needs. If a rental makes more sense than a purchase, we will say so. If your stairs cannot safely take a lift, we will say that too — and suggest what might work instead.
